Due to Covid 19 and Brexit restrictions we are currently only shipping to the island of Ireland.

The delivery charges for all online purchases are as follows:

Orders shipped throughout Ireland a Delivery charge nationwide of €7.99 for weights up to 10Kgs ONLY. We do not ship items over 10kgs, using DPD. We may offer a local only (North Louth, Louth, parts of Monaghan, Cavan, Meath and Dublin) delivery service for some heavier goods, delivery prices will be advised before shipment and these goods cannot be bought online. We also reserve the right not to ship bulky or fragile items that may be at an increased risk of damage in transit.

Goods shipped on a Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday.

Delivery times vary from 2 to 7 working days from the day the order is placed (Before 12 Noon)

and can depend on stock levels (even though item may show 'In Stock' at time of purchase).

RETURNS

In order to return goods please contact the store at sales@hoeysdiy.ie 

Hoeys DIY is happy to accept any product return as long as it is in its original condition and packaging and is 100% re-saleable.

Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition.

You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. incorrect items shipped).
